Villa Policy

We hope you will enjoy your stay with us. Room rates include breakfast, daily cleaning, free internet and excludes 21% tax and services. Your passport will be temporarily needed for police registration – it will be returned to you on the same day.

Toilets : Please flush only toilet paper – a waste receptacle is provided for all other items.
Thatch : Alang-alang roofs are highly flammable. Please do not use candles unattended.
Manager : Agus is the manager of Lodtunduh Sari and is only too happy to assist you. After hours he can be contacted on +62 87 761 566 391
Housekeeping, Meals and Laundry : Shanti, Armey and Yohani are your housekeepers and prepare meals. Breakfast will be served in the pavilion or in your room between 7.30 am and 10.30 am. Lunch and dinner is served in the pavilion – please give notice to staff so that fresh ingredients can be procured. Same day laundry service is available if submitted by 9 am.
DVD Library : A collection of dvd’s are available to be viewed if you have a computer with you.
Massage : A professional masseuse can be booked on request.
Security : Staff are present 24 hours per day. Alex and Lina are our security guards at night. A safe is available for your valuables.
Transportation : Ubud is just a twenty minute walk away. However, we can cater for all your transport needs to Ubud or around the island: taxis, hire cars, motorbikes or bicycles can be arranged through our staff.
No Smoking inside the villa room.
